Our company allows you to pay for your order in any of the following ways:
-Payment by Credit or Debit Card
Our company accepts debit, prepaid and credit cards isa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. The process is carried out and completed through a banking institution with which we cooperate and which provides all the necessary guarantees for the security of electronic transactions. If you choose to pay for your order by credit, debit or prepaid card, you will be transferred to the website of the partner bank, where you will have to follow the procedure indicated by you. In case it is not possible to pre-approve your card with a commitment of the total price, we will contact you to let us know if you wish to modify the payment method or cancel your order. In case the telephone communication is not possible, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have stated to us, in order for you to contact us. If for any reason none of the above two ways of communication is possible for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, then your request is automatically canceled and our company will send you a relevant message to cancel your order request at email you have told us.
We do not store your credit, debit or prepaid card details. If you choose to pay for your order using a card, you will be taken to the website of the partner bank, where you will have to follow the procedure indicated by you.
-Payment through the use of Masterpass e-wallet
-Payment by cash on delivery
In case you wish to pay by cash on delivery, there will be an additional charge of 2.00 Euros for Greece and 4.00 Euros for Cyprus. Cash on delivery is possible for orders worth less than 120€ (total in cart).
-Payment via PAYPAL
If you decide to pay for your order via PayPal, we inform you that the address you use for delivery is automatically updated by your default PayPal account.
When you complete your order and choose to pay via PayPal, you will be asked to sign in to your PayPal account. You will need to change the delivery address as shown below if you want the delivery to take place at an alternate address.
-Payment by gift card
How to redeem it
To use the gift card, a coupon code field will automatically appear when you reach the checkout (last step of completing the order).
Simply enter the gift card code and the amount will be deducted from your order total.
Pay attention:
If the total amount of the order, including shipping costs, exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be covered with one of the available payment methods we have as a store (Cash on Delivery, Paypal, Credit-Debit Card).
Example:
A gift card worth €50 is redeemed with products worth €46 and shipping €5, i.e. a total of €51.
The additional amount of €1 should be covered with one of the available payment methods that we have as a store (Cash on Delivery, Paypal, Credit-Debit card).
In particular, if cash on delivery is chosen as the payment method, you will be charged the Speedex €2.00 cash on delivery service charge.
