Return Policy

• You have the right to return the products you bought and without having to let us know the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. Returns are accepted under the following conditions: (a) the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, ie excellent and the packaging is intact, without being unsealed or tampered with, (b) your full charge immediately cost of returning the goods and (c) the product is accompanied by proof of retail sale.

• The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day you acquired the physical possession of the products.
  In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, you can send us your statement (DECLARATION STATEMENT) regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the above withdrawal deadline by email to info@montessori-thinks.shop.

• In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within ten (10) days from the date we receive the products.

Case of defective product

If the product is defective, the customer must notify us immediately and we can repair or replace it with another product of equal value or with another new product of the same price or refund. You have the option to choose another product of equal or greater value after you have previously contacted and agreed with us, either by phone or e-mail to understand the possible defect or problem.
